Husbands and Wives.
Avoid reacting to things aggressively.
Isolate yourself from Disturbances.
Avoid too much thinking
When there is no Money
Or food at home,
Just stay cool and calm.
If you don't attend that wedding this time because of Aso-ebi, in nine months, you will attend the child naming ceremony. Don't borrow to buy that aso-ebi
Avoid the exchange of words with People
At Home, Markets, Offices, etc.
Always check your BP,
Take your Drugs,
Follow Instructions,
And Exercises.
Go to see your Doctor immediately if you feel changes in your body,
Especially your Chest.
Stay in Peace*
And never fight anyone
Don't be anxious about anything, instead pray without ceasing

[08/09, 08:04] Mr.Simple_Dennis: Thanks for sharing ma. 🙏🏼. However, the writer's original intent is faulty. I don't usually analyse this kind of message but I was really moved to. Firstly, the writer wants people to say that "we are in a period of frustrations, depressions, confusion, stress, Terror etc" this is how they make our people create the mindset of depression, confusion, stress, terror etc because this things are just the state of the mind and once one admit that, it becomes his/her environment. The person continues to confess this things even in street or closed conversation and thereby establishes these things. Once established, the door to hospital was opened in the speech because once you live in that environment, your BP is sure to rise, and the direction to the doctor has been established in the speech. So instead of helping one stay alive, the speech helps one to the hospital and we know that hospital visit is not free for the poor or the rich. The economic hardship become worst as the little money that would have been invested or used for feeding is spent on drugs which do not improve life or nutrition but relieves symptoms as BP do not have a known medical cure. Now our people are in a circle of misfortune through the instrumentality of a well structured speech that promise peace but leads to chaos. The writer have targeted to also destroy relationships among parents and their children, people and their friends, colleagues, superiors, subordinates, partners, husbands and wives. This was done by the line "please, move away from being provoked easily by your children, friends..." This line produces a consciousness of dissociation so that at any slightest provocation, one goes into dissociation mood. And this in turn can lead to stress, depression etc. As we all know that - so long one is on earth, provocation will come. But if we stick to Bible messages instead, we will learn that testing of our faith or provocation grows our patience, and God will not allow any provocation that is beyond us. With this statement, one understand that they are above trials, provocation and the strength to live above them. There are other things in the speech which I may not go through for now. But have you ever wondered why it seems like our lives are terrible even when we are far better than the people who engineer these devices to keep people down? Our people were made to create this toxic environment for themselves and so they think their friends, colleagues superiors subordinates partners husbands and wives are the problems to avoid yet they are not the problem. So now you see some family members who don't want to associate with each other for fear created by a crafted speech. My advice - if one is already in this cycle, start by renewing your mind by casting down imaginations that are contrary to what God have said in the holy book. Begin to love and genuinely care for people around you and their happiness, prosperity and peace becomes your happiness, prosperity and peace. As much as you can give that you will receive in many folds.
