Good day great people of Australia and the world. On the 27-08-2023 we discussed an interesting but succinct verse.
The verse discussed highlighted how a little city could have been delivered by a poor wise man yet no one took note of him. As we already know, people will most likely listen to you if they see that you have some physical or material endowment which include material riches. Even though having material riches can be a sign of mental prosperity or wisdom, it is also possible for a poor man to be wise and for a rich man to be unwise when the true definition of wisdom is considered.
Wisdom is better than strength and weapons of war. According to the wisest man that existed, wisdom comes from the Lord. And to access this type of wisdom, two things are required - viz 1. The fear of the Lord and 2. The knowledge of God. While the fear of the Lord brings understanding, the knowledge of God draws us closer to the wisdom of God. It is the wisdom of God that gives us true insight and direction.
This wisdom is what tells us not to kill or bear force witness against our neighbors because the consequence of these actions are worst than their presumed benefits. Beside the wisdom of God, there is also the wisdom of the world - which tells one to crush all his enemies and raise false stories against them without considering that the consequences far outweighs the assumed benefits.
In our video, we went through all these and showed that the Father can decide to punish the evil doers through the king and only the wise or those that listen to the wisdom expressed in words will be delivered.
