Let's know and understand that the works of the righteous and wise are in the hands of God. Including their love and hate. Before you criticise and judge people, first find out who is leading them. If it happened in our time, what would you say about - Elijah that called down fire from heaven to consume the captain and his fifty men. Each man of God operates the way God designed them. Focus on developing your self and discover what God has put in you through His Word by His Spirit.
For those in Christ, their life is led by the Spirit of God, their true life is Christ. Their old self is dead and all things have become new. Their decisions are influenced by God. Only God has the details of their tomorrow. They may be misunderstood but God understands them.
